"I seldom write reviews, in fact I think this may be my first on Google... ever. I used to be with another insurance company for auto and home coverage. Everything went fine, I'd get a bill and pay a bill, no claims... so I just sent them money every month and we never heard from one another. I bought a boat years ago, and my then 'good-hands' agent couldn't figure out how to insure my boat trailer. The boat was added to my policy but the trailer remained a mystery... how to insure it?! I was talking with a friend about my frustration and she suggested I call her State Farm agent. Fearing the sales pitch, I called anyway saying I'm a friend of a friend, do you know how to insure boat trailers? Windi replied yes of course. I explained what was going on and she offered to call my then-agent... and did. I received two phone calls.
